Who drives the Silver SVT near Coral Gables? Around Red Road and SW 30th Street?

And, there's another one I spotted near Fast Train on Flagler near SW 62nd Avenue. Anybody from here?

I think it's the same person who works at Jackson South Hospital (the old Deering Hospital). He seems to get around quite a bit. I've seen him down south on Old Cutler by Marlin, and as far north Bird Rd, personally. Somebody needs to find out who it is and let him know about the site. I'll try if i see him.

Oh but the one by Flagler has his jack-covers on his side skirts removed. And different wheels.
