Go here and scroll to "motormount inserts" in "suspension". Then search under general mods or duratec Perf. for 'Poly Mount'.
I found you this

I'm no mechanic, but it appears that this guy is talking about his motor mount. I understand that motor mounts and roll restrictors are often confused, because the energy suspension inserts say for motor mounts when they are actually for the roll restrictor. But that doesn't mean that every single time somebody is talking about a motor mount that they are incorrectly referring to the roll restrictor. Maybe Matt actually has a broken motor mount. In fact it seems more likely to break than the roll restrictor IMO. So slow down people, do a little info gathering before assuming.
Such as: Matt, where were you looking when you were shown the broken "motor mount"? Were you peering under your hood, or were you looking under the car while it was on a lift? The answer to this question should clear things up.

Thanks. The car was on a lift and mechanic was looking at the bottom. I didnt actually see. But i was showed how when the car was running. When he went through the gears the engine jumped at every change.
From what i gather, there are 2 mounts on the top sides and front back roll resistors. So im guessing the guy was looking at the rear roll resistor. Would that cause the engine to jump when shifting into another gear?
So its basically just a insert. Thats all i need is the insert and im all set?

Not exactly. There is only one insert available for the roll resistors and it is for the front not the rear one. To make that thing stop shimmying then search under 'poly mount' or polyurethane' and find out how to fill the gaps and reduce movement.

Matt, just buy the whole roll restrictor. Shop shouldn't charge more than 1/2 hour labor (at that) and you'll be done with it!

There's another caution here about letting the fore/aft roll resistors / mounts go soft without replacing them: too much flexing of the engine might also prematurely shred and eventually hole the braided metal flexible exhaust section under the engine, much the same as when you bend a piece of metal back and forth until it breaks. This braided flexible section of the exhaust system is designed to flex somewhat when the engine rocks, but not that much. Found this out the hard and expensive way on my Camry.
