I really need some help with this because I am very fearful I am going to get a ticket for no turn signal. My turn signal, heater blower, and also the gear lock for park won't disengage. All of these seem to have to do with turning the key to on for them to work so I think the problem lies within there. I have done this: Checked, fuses , relays, inside steering col. Please if anyone has any ideas I would like to hear them, otherwise it is off to an over-priced Ford Mechanic .

I believe all of those functions may be controlled by the same fuse. A few weeks ago, my turn signals weren't working, and the heater blower wasn't working. I have a manual transmission, so I didn't have to worry about the gear lock for park. Anyway, the problem was with a fuse in the fuse box under the dash. I can't remember the fuse number. I want to say 23, but that's just a guess, and I don't have the car with me to check. The fuse wasn't blown, but it wasn't making good contact. I'm going from memory now, but I believe the fuse is labeled as controlling the reverse back up lights.
Hope this helps.

Glad to be of help.
I'm surprised that I happened to remember the correct fuse number.
