Yep,
Tenitive agreement today. I didn't get all I wanted, she didn't get all she wanted, but we came to an agreement we can both live with.
So the lawyers say this can be done before year end.

I live with the man, trust me he's neither badass looking or has money. He's 5'-6", bald with grey in his beard. He's a computer professor at the local community college.
Aside from his 2003 Jetta TDI he drives a 1992 S-10 with peeling paint, a trashed out interior, no radio or AC and a pickup bed/camper shell full of computer parts.
My dad just knows how to charm the ladies. Plus he's a good dancer.
