Ever wonder what your home, neighborhood, etc., looks like from a satellite in space? Click on this link and you can see it right down to the trees in your yard. http://terraserver.microsoft.com/It took me a few minutes to get to my house because although the software put me in the general area everything looked so different. It's a lot better if you do this with a high speed connection.

Ummm...how much detail can they see? Say, like for example you were building something in your backyard that you didnt want the goverment to find out about.

LOL, they don't get too close. Like I used to closest setting for our house now, and I could see almost the whole street.

AFAIK, those are commercial aerial surveliance photos, not satelite images. "They" could get much better resolution if they wanted too
