(65mph) Boggs down makes a noticeable snapping sound,
I can feel it on the gas peddle and under the drivers
Seat. The CEL Blinks for up the hill then stops.

3. Ford dealership Plugs and wires and veryified that they are the correct ones.(dealership here wont touch it Had problems with them charging for thing they never done)

4. In town driving (under 40mph) hesatation when comming off the stop sign or light.

I really like my ride its a Ex Main State police car and was re done before i got it

Go to Autozone and have them pull the code(s) for the CEL

Good thing AZ is only down the street.... BTW I just crawled out from under it and the wires that connect into the exhaust (just as it comes from the Front of the motor)
are loose but connected.(from the Little silver thingy that goes into the exhaust pipe) What do they do or can i jump them or bypass them?

Sounds like you're describing your O2 sensors. Leave them alone for now. Get that CEL checked & do a search for the code. That will give you lots of info & a direction to work in. I'm guessing it's the pre-cats that are clogged, but the codes will tell us for sure.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

I was just responding to the previous post. The O2s are definately not a solution to your current problem. Get the codes & we'll troubleshoot from there...

You have a 98.

Your codes should have been in the format PXXXX where XXXX is a four digit number (leading zeros are included...)

You have a miss on cylinder four. Recheck the plug and wire.

Is this a Zetec?

Bank 1 downstream O2 has a problem, probably in the wiring. If this is a Zetec you may also have a plugged cat. Suggest you check exhaust backpressure.
