My 96 SE does not have a tilt wheel.Its kind of anoying as the top of the tach and speedometer are blocked by the steering wheel.Is there any east way to tilt the wheel upward?

Crowbar! Or just swap in a tilt column, some work but definately beats a crowbar.

Oh I hate no tilt wheel. It kept me from buying pre 1997 Cont-iqes. From 1997 on, tilt was standard in all of them.

Just lower your seat. I'm sure your SE has power seats.
