It has been raining here the past few days, infact I havent driven the car once without having to use the wipers all the time. The passanger side one, has came off twice now, without warning.
I removed it here a littel bit ago, there is one piece a black thing and the wiper blade, is that is all there is suppoused to be, or should there be more but a piece just came loose and fell off.
thanks

You have the wiper arm, to this clips a black plastic clip and the wiper blade clips to this one. Refix it and try moving it laterally to sure it clips, if it comes loose i would suggest you to replace the middle black plastic clip. This usually comes with the wiper blade. Nic.

I just picked up a pair of exact-fit blades for my car. One of the little black clips you guys are talkin' about was molded poorly & the little raised tab that is supposed to hold the blade on was nothing more than a short nub. Took it back & had it replaced - problem solved.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

yea that black clip sucks. I just put a screw in it after mine came off and it works fine if you want to delay buying a new wiper blade.

Well I brought Anco I think it was. They slide on there how they should but they are very loose fitting, they slide back and forth very easy. Looks like I will just have to buy Motorcraft anyone know how much thats going to cost?

I recently replaced mine with standard Anco wipers for a 98 Mystique. There is a mounting bracket adapter for each wiper included in the package that you have to use, depending on the width of the wiper arm. I had to use it on mine. Seems to fit pretty well.

I made the mistake of buying Tricos and they didn't fit right. We checked the sizes in the computer and everything, but they were way off. So I bought the Bosch ones. They fit perfectly and worked great, but cost 25 bucks because you replaced the blade and the wiper. My dad bought Tricos once for our old Aerostar and they would always fall apart if you tried to use the wipers. We changed them on a trip one time and had to stop 3 times to put them back together. We finally duct-taped the damn things and it worked great.

The price will be about 15-20CDN for 1 original (summer) wiper blade.
