Okay let's start with what's wrong. I've noticed the car is knocking when shifting below 2k rpm, that is the only time it occurs. I've replaced all the 02 sensors and am thinking the injectors might be going. It has headers, cat back, 75mm pro mass, TB upgrade/optimized, dmd.
Could use some insight here guys. It throws almost all CEL codes. And runs quite sluggish. thanks

Interesting, considering there are several hundred possible codes.....

First, take the POS ProM 75mm MAF off and put the stock on back on (awaits the, I don't have the stock one reply).
Secondly, what do you mean by 'knocking'? Like the rod/main bearings are gone in the car? I don't think I've ever heard of a Duratec oil pump going bad...or is it a detonation 'knock' (more commonly refered to as 'pinging').
Thirdly, specifically which codes is it throwing? That will tell you/us more.

How many miles on the car? All maintenance work up to date? Have you done the intake cleaning?

I would put the stock MAF back on, there really is no reason to have it anyway since your not F/I. I had the ProM on my SE and returned it. It threw CELs every 400 miles and they never tuned it right. I had some pinging/knocking also with that part.

86k miles and did a thorough cleaning at 55k of the manifolds. as far as the MAF im stuck with the pro mass air so I'm just going to have to make it work and tune it in right. still need to post codes.......

Please don't tell me you're going to try and "tune it in right" with a MAF Optimizer. You may seriously consider selling the 75mm MAF and getting a stock unit in it's place. This could be the reason for all of your problems. There have been too many people finding their car not running properly due to the Pro-M MAF. Get rid of it, as I/We speak from experience!!
