I have an Infinity Basslink powered subwoofer that i had to take out of my trunk. When i put it back in I was hooking up the power cable and i guess i touched something else that i shouldnt have and i blew the fuse in the amp.

I replaced that fuse and the inline fuse near the battery is still intact, but the amp won't turn on now.

Is there anything else I can check or should I start shopping for a new system?

There should be a fuse on the remote turn-on wire. Did you check that?

Double check the fuse at the battery with a DVM.the fuse may look good but still be blown.
