Does anyone here know about or have any experience with media blasting? I am restoring a t-top 1988 Ford Mustang GT and I want to strip all the paint to make sure there are no secrets underneath. My main wonder is if you use a platic media with through a regular sandbaster or do you need to get a special attachment of some kind or do you need an entirely different unit all together? Lastly where can I find the tools i would need. Thanks for any help.

I've never used plastic media, but glass madia would be a good choice, and it will leave a good finish to start your body work paint prep on. Glass media will also probably be a better choice for removing rust around the t-top area.
