Today I found a 1998 CSVT, 42000 miles, red w/ midnight blue interior, asking price is $13400, dropped it to 13000 for me and will pay off my truck (1996 S-10 w/ 72000 on it, 7200 left on loan) with 3000 down...
Um, what do you guys think? Should I ask for a lower price on the CSVT? They just got it on the lot yesterday, so it's pretty new. What do you think? Please give me feedback...

i think its a little high. Miles are good for a 98 but still, price a tad high. 8 months ago I paid $12,000 for my 99 with 30,000 miles. Just thought I'd give you something to go by. -neal

Sounds good to me.. If you factor your trunk into it, you're basically paying $8800 for this SVT.. I sold my 98 SVT with 48000 miles for $12K, so this seems like a good deal to me, assuming nothing's wrong with the car.
