M coop will eventually make its return back in the z4 with the possible 4.4 liter v8.

Rumor is though, they may make a detuned version, of the new M3's V8 for the use of the new M roadster. (yes, the new M3 will be pumping V8 power!!!)

gotta keep up with Joneses(audi). The S4 is now breathing fire with the aid of a V8 with AWD! S4 also comes in convertible and wagon. any chance of an M3 wagon? not that i can afford any of these anyway.

M3 wagon...not in the cards right now....they have even delayed the new 1 series for the states (the hatch back).

Also, the m roadster has good handling, not insane....I had the chance to drive one and beleive me there are better handling cars (Audi S4 and Nissan 350 Z to name 2) out there...don;t get me wrong it handels great!!!! my analsis comes from begin able to drive all these cars before.

But for the price, there are a few that are cheaper that do better.

Now right now the z4 hadles great, better than its predecessors....But well see what happens.

This is true..probable because of the slight diffrence in weight distrubution due to actually haveing a roof on the coup.

When it was built in 98 it had the stiffest body of any car BMW had ever built. The roadster flexes to much..

That car so kicks ass, one of my favorite cars to look at simply because it's diferent than anything else without looking rediculous. Love it or hate it.

Nice Clownshoe!

I've always loved those cars and contemplated buying one last year; guess I can live vicariously through you now

With that limited production run I think they'll hold their value very well and might even be courted by collectors in the near future...
