ok this is nothing related to getting out of a speeding ticket or something like that Anyone on here work for a lawyer or are lawyers, reply and i can give you more details, but basically its about theft which i did not do, besides if i did do it, how would i be typing this now??  so if anybody is a lawyer or works for one speak up i need your help

You should really post your actual question on here. Maybe someone, who is not a lawyer or whatever, has gone through the same situation, and can help more than a lawyer will. Alot of us know about the law. My mother is a paralegal and possibly help too. Post the question, you never know what kind of help you can get until you ask.

what do you mean, "how would I be typing this now?" I fail to see how the question of your guilt or innocence has any bearing on whether or not you are able to make a post on the internet. People can and do make bail all the time.

Get a good lawyer - by that I mean the one that got contacts/good working relations with the DA office. Many of 'em worked as DA's in the past, so try to retain the services of the one/ones who are well known in your place (township, county, etc.) - if you are innocent but there are chances that you won'tbe able to prove it - believe me u don't wanna go for a trial. Everything again boils down to $$$$.
