Let's see - get a spindle from a junkyard. Both fronts cost me under $100. Being cast iron and stout pieces, used doesn't hurt you. Get new ball joints, tie rod ends, and wheel bearings from an auto parts store (about $120). Buy new strut/spring assembly from any number of places (BAT, Ford dealer, etc.). Usually if you buy the bearings somewhere, they will press in the new ones for a small fee. Go ahead and paint or coat whatever you buy before you put it on the car.
I'd suggest getting new control arm bushings as well.
