Didn't he remember his driver's ed? "If your accelerator gets stuck, put your car in neutral and then apply brakes." I've had my accelerator stick, and it really works, but I wasn't show boating either. I'm glad he didn't get hurt, but show boating around a neighborhood is stupid and childish. He could have hit a kid on a bike or someone crossing the street and killed them. I'd say his insurance is going to go through the roof, if they don't drop him after the claim.

I don't care what kind of education you've had or where you're from. You're a f'n idiot if you can stray that far off the road to hit a house in a 25 mph zone. Even if the pedal struck? Give me a break!!!!!

I was being sarcastic about the driver's ed. Driver's ed doesn't teach jack [censored] about real driving. My real point was that even if his pedal had stuck, if he had been going the speed limit I'd bet he wouldn't have hit the house. Showboating is always a stupid thing to do, and especially in a residential neighborhood. He was irresponsible and the worst thing is that these people's house got smashed because of it. I don't wish that he would have been injured, but I hope he learned a lesson on showboating.
