I have a friend that is getting a 1997 Integra GSR, he said that it is faster then my SE and probobly SVT.. I found out that they got 170 HP and 135 Torque ..
Anyways.. He is probobly gonna chalange me to a race.. What do they do on track, anyone know??? I think I can take him up to 90-100, after that probobly not, cuz I can only go 115 and Integra weights less (im guessing).

I do not know off the top of my head...but if you go to Motortrend.com and look up the GSR, you could find out what they do.

I am assuming that the GSR is a 5speed. If it were an auto you would have a chance!

I test drove both cars (they were both 99's). The GSR in my opinion was a quicker car, but it was much smaller than the tour. Since I'm 6'3" fitting into the GSR was a bit tight. I would imagine that it is substantially lighter than the tour since it is a 4 cylinder and seemingly a smaller car in general which would lead me to believe that yes, it would beat an SE, but probably not an SVT. FWIW, the GSR that I test drove would have run a hair over 20k. Without taking resale value into account, I would have gone with an SVT. Faster car, more functional and a "sleeper" when compared to an Acura.

everything that has been said before it is a drivers race

I got to drive a 94 GSR on night and it didn't seem any faster then my SE, it did get up and move but that was well up in the rpm after vtec kicked in

now from a light for about 3 second we were dead even, didn't find anything else out since it was another one of out friends driving and he didn't feel right openning it up since it wasn't his car

will never know now who is fast since his car was stolen and burned ...

of yeah it had intake, headers and exhaust

what do you mean "legit"???you do know that non svt tours are rated at 170 CRANK hp????not at the wheels...there is a such thing as drivetrain loss on EVERY car.....dyno's measure wheel hp not crank hp...
