Thats gotta be a whole bunch of fun... Looks very similar to the pins + bone graft on my wrist. The best is when you go for checkups later, and they take xrays. If you think of how a screw inside somebody looks on a cartoon... yeah, thats exactly how it looks. Was funny the first time I saw mine.

I had to have pins put in my wrist after I broke it...one popped out and through the skin while my arm was in the cast! I could tell something was up, but I sure didn't expect to find that.

I wish you a speedy recovery!

Hmm...I didn't read your other post about what happened (what happened? ) but I'm guessing an intra-artricular break? Lookin' pretty good so far! It's damn amazing what we can do with broken bones these days. Good luck w/ the recovery! Hope you're walkin' and pressin' that gas pedal in no time!

i kicked someone in soccer last may and thought i just jammed my toe. got x-rays then, but no breaks. went to another surgeon about a month ago and he took x-rays and found bone chips and spurs and my bunyuon was messed up. he had to grind all the extra bone crap out and then pin it back together.
i have to wear this super hard sole boot for a few more weeks. i am back to driving and was drivin after only a week!
Thanks for the support guys, just can't wait to get back on the soccer field!
sometimes when i press the gas hard i feel the pins wanting to pop out. thats an interesting feeling. i am wishin my car was an automatic right about now.
As for the x-rays: yes they are great! ill have to try and get some pics of them. they are so weird lookin!
