I bought my 98.5 SVT and it has a Pro Flo 75mm on it. On the module it says it is calibrated to "Contour C" which ofcource means programmed for a contour in use w/ a conical filter. My question is...my filter is filthy and I would like to replace it, however, im not sure if this Pro Flo is calibrated for a K&N or KKM or other. How can you tell by looking at it (and not taking it apart)? The filter on it is not a K&N b/c it is not the typical red color but instead white. Is there one brand filter and size I should run in order to get the most out of the Pro Flo. Also the filter has the fender adaptor to draw in cool air, however, it does not have a heat shield. Not sure where to pick one up, plus it looks like there really isnt much room to squeeze one in. I apreciate any help on the matter. Thanks in advance.

What type of filter is used on a short ram or CAI.

2000 SVT #674 13.47 @ 102 - All Motor! It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.
