So my CEL came on again last week. I finally checked it yesterday, and its showing that the 02 sensor I just changed 2 months ago is bad again. It says "02 sensor check slow/no response". What are the chances the sensor is bad, or is there another problem? Its also throwing a P1151 and its kinda misfiring at idle.

Not sure, but my mechanic told me long ago when he changed mine to change them both at the same time. One goes they both go.

I doubt that's entirely it, but how old is the other one?
