I've been using Firefox for a while now. Not all sites are viewable with it though, so I still use IE rather often.

I just installed FireFox on my friend's computer. There was so much spyware it basically shut down his IE, even after I deleted all the instances I could find.

What 0wnz about Firefox, is its like invisible to spyware!
Goto a web URL that normally [censored] over my entire system (IE changed, new files installed, etc with IE) Firefox leaves my system untouched.

I got my hotkeys to work. I had to switch them to a complex command instead of a simple program or web page. Basically I had to set the buttons to open FF and then locate the URL I wanted after Firefox was opened. No big deal. I'm loving FF, but now I have another question. I want to get rid of type ahead. I turned it off in the options tab, but it won't go away. Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks, James D.

I have been using firefox for over a year, and, all i do is sit on the internet. I have yet to find one web site that doesn't work for firefox. I would like to see a site that doesn't work. If you have certain features disabled then it might not work. But I have been to many sites people claim didn't work or didn't show right. I see no differenc ein Opera/Firefox/IE.

When I try to log into my online banking web site with Firefox, I get the "your browser is not supported" error message. It also says I need to download the latest IE, Netscape, or AOL browser.

Thanks for all the response. I'm gonna continue using it instead of IE. So, does anyone have "fire something" turned on for extensions? Basically in any instance where a Firefox browser title window would say Firefox it is replaced with something funny like JungleRhino, HypnoRat or SpaceTuna. Just adds a lil humor to my day

Just give me your Username, Password, and bank account site and I will test it to get it working with firefox and then tell you what settings you need to change to get it to work.

I switched when I got some bad spyware that really screwed up my system. Nothing would work. The windows search feature wouldn't open, video links wouldn't work, general links posted here wouldn't open, they would just crash. Yes pop up was turned off. Unfortantely I still have to use IE because I'm taking some classes online and they don't support firefox. If it wasn't for that it would be gone.
