My 25 volt 105 hp Makita air drill gets my plugs in and out in like under 1.9 seconds per cylinder head.

I'm the one that put these in, too. I don't remember whether or not I used anti-seize either. I know I used it when I replaced the O2 sensors. Would there be residue on the plugs if I did use it?

Man, if I didn't...what an expensive mistake! I've learned alot here and have saved some money doing some DIY repairs/upgrades. Hopefully someone will take notice here and not repeat my (possible) mistake.

the plug hole can be fixed with the head on. i did my f150 5.4. the kit costs $130 but local machine shops charge $100 to repair 1 hole. this is for the f150 which i assume is harder to get to. if you have it repaired at a shop dont use a heli coil. it wont last and wont seal. use an insert. timesert makes a kit for the ford engines. http://www.timesert.com/sprksert.html
oh by the way its a common problem with the triton 5.4 and v10's blowing plugs.
