The Koni's and the Bilsteins are a step above the rest. And yes they are worth it IMHO.

alright, so what if I go for koni's and eibachs, will I get a harsh ride?
if so, can I use the koni's with BAT springs?
koni's or Bilsteins?

Demon when BAT and Bilstein and lved them. That would likely be my choice. Eibach often give a saggy ass look.

You'll be fine with that. The Spax are suited for uprated/shorter springs, and according to Eric at BAT, valved pretty much the same as the BAT Euro and the Bilstein struts. DemonSVT would disagree. Based on his personal experience, in his opinion, Bilsteins are very aggressive.
Main difference, IMHO, is that the Bilsteins are probably built better, and so might last longer than the Spax, but the warranty is the same (1 year).
You don't need the Konis. They are an excellent strut, on par with the Bilstein, but with the added feature of on-car adjustability. Doesn't sound like something you would use or put a priority on, so I wouldn't waste my money on them if I were you.
There's nothing wrong with KYB. They make a quality strut, but they do not offer a "performance" strut for our cars. It would be a fine OEM replacement for my minivan, but for an SVT, you'd be better off with the more aggressively valved OEM SVT struts.

Roger,
Thank you soo much for the great info. One question though, I checked Bilstein web site and they don't seem to have an application for our cars... Where did you get pricing for this?
Thanks,
Rob

Yes.
According to Eric at BAT, (again), the ones he sells are made by Bilstein according to his specs. He is the exclusive distributor of these struts in the US, although he does toss a few over to SPMotorsports and CTA. So, even if you did find the Bilstein TC (or whatever they are, now) somewhere else, it wouldn't be the same as the BAT version.

Thanks again Roger.
One last question. Does Eric have an email address we can contact him at or do we absolutely have to call? I have a few other questions for him concerning BAT products.
I'm in Ottawa, Canada and it would probably cost a mint to have those parts shipped internatially and my mechanic's company has a deal with purolaor for special shipments. I'm wondering if I can deal with those two to get better shipping prices.
Thanks bud, Take care
Rob
