Does anyone have information on how to tell me how to fix a rear wheel bearing? I think my passenger side rear one is toast, lots of road noise and gets louder when I turn to the right, but goes away when I turn to the left....Any idea on part cost either??

you can't do the bearing yourself, but you can take off the hub and bring it to a machine shop and save yourself labor charges.

Here's the how to from the ford shop manual.

Removal

Remove the wheel knuckle. For additional information, refer to Wheel Knuckle in this section.
Using the special tool, remove the wheel hub from the wheel knuckle.

Remove the inner and outer circlips.

Press out the wheel bearing.

Installation

Install the outer circlip.
Press in the new wheel bearing.

Install the inner circlip.
Install the wheel hub to the wheel knuckle.

Install the wheel knuckle. For additional information, refer to Wheel Knuckle in this section.

Nic.

Can a rear wheel bearing be put back on again after it has been removed? I heard that once a wheel bearing has been pressed off, it becomes unusable.

Rear Wheel Bearings are easy. The replacement part is the entire hub assembly. Just pull the wheel off then pull the hub off (32mm socket) and replace it with a new assembly. I bought 2 for under $100.00 from Napa. The job took under 1 hour for both sides.

Come to think of it, is that what is wrong??? I mean, alot of road noise?? Like you can actually hear the wheel going around and when you turn it gets louder??? The rim back there has a small dent but would that cause it??
From reading prior threads I assumed it was a wheel bearing!
