I bought my Contour with a Ford alarm which was probably a dealer ad-on. It's the basic kind with just a passive engine immobalizer and active door handle siren (no shock sensors etc). One remote has failed already and the second seems to be going. So my question is, does anyone have a wiring diagram for this sort of alarm?? What I'd like to do is just buy an inexpensive replacement but I don't if I'll figure out which connection is which on the current one. Has anyone done this and can give me advise? Thanks for any comments.
