I just got my BAT y-pipe on the csvt and it almost feels like it lost power esp in the low end of first gear, i have only driven it once since i got it on there and didn't get on it much but has anyone felt like they lost power when they got it on, or is it just me?

The computer... Just disconnect the battery and let it sit for a while.

That is one of the main problems with those Y-Pipes. They remove the 180-degree bend that is tuned for torque on the stock system. A better design, like the Y-pipe included with the MSDS headers, keep the bend and do not lose torque.

You could have had a stock optimized for less and felt better about it....

Exactly! The bend is not the problem, the "Y" itself is. The two down pipes are crushed together into another pipe to form the "Y". An optimized stock pipe fixes this problem increasing top-end without sacrificing torque.
