I am having trouble finding a spot to mount my side neons on my car. There is an undercarriage protector in the way and I don't want to mount it on the protector because that would make it the lowest part on the side. Also, I don't want the actual neons visable. Is there a way around this? I have a '99 SE.
(I know; a little dirty.)

get the SE skirts and mout the lights to the inside of the skirt... Thats the only way I can think of it working without it looking like junk.
Edit: try not to post the same topic in two different boards.

Like AliasJerk said, get the SE Skirts. That's the only way around not having them show. I got the skirts and mounted them in the inside of the metal beam. If you need a picture, I can get one for you.

DRill 3 holes on the left and right body crease, it's as simple as that! Use zip ties, it may sound ghetto but they'll probably never fail.

I don't like that because then the actual neon tubes will be visible from the road, and I want just the glow visable. That is why I want to mount it behind a side skirt.

If you have side skirts then the actual tube will not be visible.

Ok, I thought you were giving me that tip as an alternative to getting side skirts. Anyone know where to get some? I just want the cheapest thing I can find that will fit.
