Okay, so I'm using Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.02, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to burn an audio CD from MP3's that will show the track info when I play it on my car CD player (a Sony CDX-M600). Can somebody please help me out here?
I have the exact same HU. Some of the cd's I burn from mp3's display the titles...and some don't. I personally don't care, but I'm told that right clicking the file and going to properties, then clicking the summary tab allows you to change the ID3 tag. Atleast in windows XP it does. I haven't tried to see if it works yet.

I'm using 4.05. But i'll tell you what i do to use cd text. The first thing you need to do is use DAO (disk at once)recording when you check that you will see CD TEXT option, check that box. Now make sure you do not have any anti virus software running. Hit control alt del to check for it. Close it down if it's on. Then try burning your cd. Works for me. It took me a while to get it all figured.

The problem I have is my cd-r drive is so old, I got it 3 years ago, that it doesn't support cd text. I got ECDC and when I got to the "cd text" option it was greyed over. After looking around found out it was my drive, I then did a firmware update which made no difference, I still can't do "cd text". I will be getting a new sytem soon...the hot rod from www.arstechnica.com
