eh... thats a long shot... as some of the 95 Clusters are cable driven... I would try to get a Post97 cluster with Tach...

you can also tell by looking at the very right dial number on the trip odometer... if its orange... then you have a cable driven cluster, if its white... then its electronic... if its electronic, go ahead and try, shouldnt take very long to swap it... but you better make sure to swap the right mileage also if it does work.
