I think I had this problem when my battery was on its way out.

How old is your battery? May want to get it tested at Autozone, or something like that.

Have you had any problems with the battery? Any starting issues?

I have already seen the code list, thanks. And i did read read about the battery and replaced it to no effect. I have checked the fuses and what lines I could reach. Everything seems in order.

Code 32 is a driver's side air bag circuit with high resistance. Does the horn work? Does the cruise control work? If no on both accounts, the clockspring is probably bad. If the horn and cruise work, the clockspring may still be bad, but you'll need to check the other connectors as well. If necessary, you can check the resistance of the air bag itself with a dvom. Resistance should be about 2 ohms. Do this check last, because if it is bad (or if you blow it up) a replacement unit is around $600. Better to remove the bulb and wear your seatbelt.
