After much pressure from CEG'ers i decided not to replace my cat(p0420) and decided to gut them. Well now I get p0136. I followed the how to from here somewhere where there is a cougar been done with the circuit diagram within the instructions.

Any ideas before i swap the front and rear sensors and check my circuit?

If your getting a P0136 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 1.
Then your Mil Eliminators aren't working.

I understand the logic for people to make there own Mil Eliminators, but why not just spend a
couple of extra bucks and get some that you know will work..

Well i fixed it last night. I had the wrong capacitor. it was a .5uF instead of the 1uF. I made them myself since I have all the parts here at work. I used surface mount resistors and caps. My circuit is about the size of a dime. I think the wires are thicker than the parts used. Any ways it's fixed. I should have verified my circuit before in installed it.

Kind of easy problem as your code was for an O2 that should've been reading ok.....
