Hi All,

Two quick questions:

1. Is there such a thing as a tool that can be used to manually crank the moonroof open and closed without having to fiddle with removing or disassembling the motor? I had the moonroof stuck in the vent-open position, and eventually managed to get it working thanks the tips in the forum (loosen the screw in the motor and wait until it cooled down), but I wanted to have a tool handy just in case. It looks like there is a plastic receptacle just waiting for a hand-crank but the local Ford dealer swears it doesn't exist.

2. In the process of removing the plastic housing for the switch and lights, I of course managed to break the two front tabs which the screws go into to hold it up. Does anyone have any creative solution to getting the housing to stay up there without resorting to buying a new one?

Thanks!

Peter
