You can buy a direct replacement from SP Motorsports, or the Focus SVT pump from Signature LM, both for under $100.

https://www.1stfordparts.com/ They have a pump for a little cheaper. I don't know where they're located though.

No you can't, BAT isn't selling them for ~$80 like they used to. They're getting the same OEM ones that Ford sells for $300 and are around that price also.

Order the fuel pump unit for the Focus SVT. It's $100 and you get the whole contraption for the Focus, but all you end up using out of it is just the pump. It's a 255lph pump compared to the crappy 150lph original. Don't waste you time iwth ANYTHING else. You have been warned.

I you have a mechanic put it in, he won't let you use the Focus smart pump due to the mods required. I just replaced mine using the stock OEM part and it cost me $450. That included dropping the tank, cleaning it out, replacing the fuel filter and flushing the fuel system.

do it yourself then or have another CEG'er help you! $450 ouch - did he lube you up before that or just ram it in dry?

Just bent me over. He had the tank out and called me and said he would not use FSVT pump I had bought. So, I had to get a stock unit so I could get the car back that day.
