$128? This seems like quite a deal. Deal you have outdone yourself with these crytstal deals.
Do you guys think these would be an upgrade from A/D/S A61s components?

Wow, I am really thinking that if I amp my speakers, I should replace my front Kappa's with these. $118 for 2 ways with a silk dome tweeter. Dnewma04 - What do you think?

Do you guys think these would be an upgrade from A/D/S A61s components? hmmm...good question. I would say that they would be of similar quality, so if you don't mind doing the installation work or a 3 way, you may want to consider them.

I already have 2 pair, so i guess one pair would be for sale . I just need an amp. KnuKonceptz was talking about the American Bass amp that he recommends. 50x4 RMS underrated for $150. Do you have any other suggestions? Argh, I hate my car. I see one little thing and I want to redo the entire stereo! . I assume I will just surface mount the tweeters to the sail panels for the side window defrost. I am thinking that would give the best imaging. Any other suggestions? Oh yeah, silk or titanium? I love the silk domes in my B&W's at home, but not sure for car audio applications.

I like Audiobahn amps on a budget. I think there are a couple on sale at the same price. I have no experience with the american bass amp, but I trust Bill's judgement. There is also the used ebay market. An a/d/s/ PQ10.2 would certainly work well and you can find them on ebay occasionally for about 100.00. They are 40w x 4. A PPI A404 is a 50w x 4 that can be had for 150.00 on ebay.
