At idle (like at stoplights) my blower fan when the AC is on slows down. When you rev the car up, or when moving, the blower fan blows harder. Is this normal?

Yes this is normal, having your A/C on is more demanding on your charging system and when the car idle the blower might go a bit slower and speed up when you have the car rev. Samething if your try closing an electric glass when it's already close and your lights are on you'll see the lights dim. That is normal.
