that goes up and down between 500-800. What causes that, almsot everytime at idle with A/C on idle goes up and down 500-800 and it shakes. The shaking part doesnt bother me the up and down idle does. It will once in a while idle 500-800 without the A/C on, but that doesnt happen very often.
thanks

Mine started like that, but at this moment the problem is becoming worst. Now the car turns off without previous warning, i cannot use the A/C because Idle goes down. I went to the mechanic and im wating the results.
If you have any News I will apreciate it.

Low r134 will cause your idle to jump up and down as the compressor cycles on and off very frequently. Check you A/C charge and charge if it's low.

Yeah, I can actually feel my AC compressor kicking on and off lightly when accelerating and holding speed... Mine's just got a lotta miles on it... im sure there is nothing to worry about... I need to replace my TPS sometime soon though... Im just not worrying about it right now.

I can almost guaruntee(sp?) that it is just low refridgerant, get a can from meijers or kmart or something with a guage, costs like $20, easy fix. It's not gonna go away in the winter either, the defrost runs the a/c compressor as well.

Ahhh [censored] today it started to blow lightly hot air when it was on A/C.
I think your correct as well because I put the defrost on, dang same thing, put the heater on floor it went away.

If the refrigerant charge is okay, then you either have a vacuum leak or a faulty IAC.
A set of guages on the A/C system will either confirm the charge is low or will let you know the system is properly charged.
Do not go throwing refrigerant into the system unless it is indicated by guages that more is needed. An overcharged system is just as bad as an undercharged one.
