What is the most horse power part I can get for little amount of money??? Like I wanna work my way up but I only got like $300, right now. And I already have a custom exhaust....

I have no pre-cats...True dual to exhaust manifold...How do I adjust my optomized TB??? I mean wht is that??? Sorry if I'm a newby at this car!!!

no pre cats only mufflers...How do I adjust my Optomized TB??? And what other parts can I get grrrreat power out of??? I've been to other the parts/mods website that is posted but I don't know which ones I should go wit first to give me the most power!!! How should I start off??? Help me out here!!!

Ok...waht motor do you have???? Unless you have after market headders you still HAVE pre-cats...the precats are built into the exahust manifolds!!!!
Give us more infor, Which motor, which transmissiona ETC...

Instead of tuning the TB could I just get a Pro Flow 75mm???

Instead???? you could be doing the throttle body is cheaper and better and it would complement the MAF.....MAF should also be last, like if you do a Forced Induction set up or a heavey modded 3 liter swap.
Most people have also had some problems with the MAF's
