How can I mount to the back of the 60 part of the 40/60 folding rear seat? Can I just use screws? do they need to be in certain places? or is it not possible? Thanks.

if im correct there should be a frame against the back of the seats. you might have to drill pilot holes to attach.

put one of my amps in the same spot and there is a metal frame but the mounting areas for your amp might not line up with the frame. I had to carpet some 1x4,screw them to the framing then the amp to the 1x4.

I am not too sure what the actually frame looks like but I didnt have any problems mounting my amps. Just make sure you hit a hard spot(metal) and you should be golden. And don't go to deep on the screws. Here is an old photo or where I drilled.
