I just got home from a party and loaded up my pictures. i noticed this one inparticular would make a nice "owned" pic. i didn't feel like adding the text or anything since i was just resizing them to show someone. the guy isn't wearing much so I'll just put a link to the picture, I think it's quite funny. that's chocolate btw that could also make a good anti-teen drinking poster.

That is funny! It looks like something similar I did to a friend once, idiots that pass out while drunk pay the price.

Idiots that pass out while drunk are in a fragile state and someone should check their breathing because they could be near death. It's called alcohol poisoning... " Symptoms of Alcohol Poisoning If you have any of the following symptoms, you are experiencing an overdose reaction: Vomiting Passed out Difficult to awaken Slow, shallow breathing What You Should DoDon't let a person who has been drinking heavily "sleep it off." If they persist in falling asleep, wake them up. If they don't respond, it's time to call the police emergency number (911) and tell them you need an ambulance for a possible alcohol overdose. Do not assume your friend will simply sleep it off. When in doubt, call for help. Don't take a chance with your friend's life. If you know or suspect that other drugs may have been taken, be sure to notify at least one or more ambulance personnel. Alcohol in combination with other drugs accounts for about 30% of all drug overdose deaths. Remember, the word in toxication. " I just had to throw that in there...I see too much of the above to just let it pass.

Well I don't really think throwing up is always something to worry about, but yeah passing out is. We always keep people awake when they're passing out until they sorta come around (even if takes over an hour). When we do let someone go to sleep, we make sure they're on their stomach so if they throw up they won't choke. Best thing is to know your own body well enough so you don't drink yourself to death (I get to the point where I can't hold a drink anymore, and then I stop drinking for the night) and don't hang out with those people that don't know their bodies well enough.

we were definatley watching out for alcohol poisoning. after i left our last party they had to go to the ER so even though we were joking around we were all still looking out for him, and he was awake during that just not defending himself.
i have to burn that tent now though

Well the thing with vomiting is this: when you drink, you have to go the bathroom more (urine) because your body is trying to process the alcohol, (which is identified by the body as a poison), out of the body so it does not damage your system - a defense mechanism, if you will. But when the body can't keep up, it looks for other ways, such as vomiting. Now, if you vomit because you tried something and can't stand the taste - nothing to worry about. Vomiting isn't always a reason to go to the ER, but it is, by definition, a symptom of poisoning - particulary for this case, alcohol poisoning.
