One of the guys I know that has a 1997 Eclipse GSX wants to race me, his mods are cold air intake boost control on stock PSI's tho, and he has got some heavy ass rims (crome = heavy), he said 1 of the rim waights close to 50 pounds(i tryed to lift one, seems like they are 50 pounds) with tiers... I'm complitely stock, plus I know for a fact that I can out drive him.. DO I got a chance or not.. Im thinking yes cuz hes rims are heavy and plus its all weel drive on rooling he shouldnt bee that fast with the heavy rims.. THANKS!

50 lb rims! whats he running on there!  28" spinners?  Id say at most his rims weigh 25 lbs and thats on the heavy side. btw, chrome doesnt add any weight.  and like everyone said, he wins.

hmm the rims are way heavier then 25 pounds,they are 17's... if it wont be even close i wont even try  , how come it is so fricking fast its just a car with 210HP and it weights more then my car

Once when i drove behind him he got on it and so did i and he couldnt pull on me, he does loose HP cuz its all weel drive and the rims are heavy tho...  Or maybe he was just messing with me  his car did jump fast tho

16" SVT E0 wheels weigh less than 23 lbs, as that's what FedEx told me mine weighed. Either you're lifting these with the tires still on or gravity is stronger in Iowa.

yeah i lift them with the tiers on, im talking almost 50 pounds with tiers not only rims.
