OP JSmith_dup1 Hard-core CEG'er J Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 2,299 Windsor CT	I didn't go saturday on account of the weather. I was thunderstorms and heavt rain all day here. The rain started in the afternoon friday and I have a few lawns I mow on fridays after work and I couldn't cuz of th rain. Saturday was a wash but sunday was nice. but cuz of the rain I had to get them cut or they'd be out of control by early in the week so I got them done today. I'm bummed I couldn't make it. I know its usually a good time. I feel sorry for the people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, thats the best they're going to feel all day - former President Lyndon B. Johnson

BrApple_dup1 Hard-core CEG'er B Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 6,910 Enfield, CT	the weekend was pretty good I almost made it up to NH friday night before the rain, I got to exit 4 then it went to hell sat no one went because of the rain, we ended up going to elky's to help paint his kitchen, then mike, kim , and I got some booze and watched Boonedock Saints Sunday the weather was great. the car show was hugh, we were surounded by alot of cars. We didn't watch any drags but we did look around some. there were many nice cars there and many from past years all and all a good time as always - 95 Mystique LS - Zetec/5spd - 99 Contour SeVT Sport - Duratec/5spd Official NE-CEG Contour/Mustang Family

I had some side jobs I wanted to start and maybe even be able to finish friday after work, but 10 minutes after I got home it started pouring and the rain didn't stop till saturday afternoon. So I was forced to do the work sunday morning. By the time I was done it was about 1. Before it was certain saturday was going to be a wash I had every intention of finishing my work saturday morning and then heading to my parents place in Laconia and spending the night there and then heading to the dragway sunday morning to say hi to everyone.
