Greetings CEG'ers,
Does anyone know of an aftermarket source for stock-type springs for the rear struts?
I was replacing a leaky rear strut over the weekend and to my disappointment saw that the top and bottom of the spring had rusted through and broken off. I had the front springs replaced by Ford (TSB) but there's no recall on the rear springs. I'd like to avoid getting the Ford replacements given what happened (besides, I spoke with Bill at Signature LM (first time I spoke with him; really nice guy) and he said that production of those springs for some reason is suspended until October of this year.
Any leads are much appreciated!

Perhaps some take offs from people that have upgraded their springs?
I'm sure they could be had cheaply...

I have not needed to look for stock replacement springs for our cars, but usually MOOG has pretty inclusive listing of springs. Find a parts store that handles MOOG and see if they have a listing.

Thanks for the suggestion about looking for Moog dealers! AutoZone (at least in my neck of the woods) didn't carry any coil springs, but CarQuest does. New springs will probably go in over Labor Day weekend.
