I'd go with a Mequiar's 3 step system. Check out their site Meguiars and also check out their forums. With this system, it'll take time, but you'll start by removing oxidation and all other contaminants with the cleaner, then a deep polish, then a good wax to protect it and make it shiny. I'd also do a claybar before all of this to remove even more of the contaminants and oxidation that cause your paint to become faded.

Klasse AIO works well on oxidized / faded paint.
