That first picture is taken on the 101 between the 75 ave exit and Union Hills. The rubberized asphalt (dark black in the picture) starts at Union Hills heading north. I'm not sure exactly where that wall in the picture starts, but it must be about Bell Rd. going north. I also lived in Flagstaff for about 2 years (and really miss that town). Good luck with your move to Phoenix.

The Agua Fria area(Riley St) is not too bad. South of it is pretty ratty, but they have been building up the area just south of I-10
I actually graduated from Agua Fria, if you have kids, I'd really recommend a different school

Luckily i'm quite a ways away from thinking about kids I enjoy Flagstaff but there is nothing for me at least for where a hope to go with my skills, but it sounds like as long as I am in a good area its nice down there!! I go down almost every wednesday for the street drags at Speedworld and I also go to the friday night drags at Firebird, my friend has a house just before Anthem. it will be nice to live closer to all the action at least

Ah, I know exactly where you are located... On the south end of the neighborhood is there a fire station followed by a 4-way stop? Back when they were still building that up, we blasted through there in my friends Vette and did not even see the stop sign until it was too late, luckily other people saw us.
