OK, I have 96 Mystique V6 in the shop to have some work done and I found out I need a new ignition coil and fuel injectors.

I have been slowly upgrading components as I replace them on the car but so far the engine is pretty much stock. Should I replace the parts with OEM Ford or should I upgrade to an aftermarket ignition coil and 19 lb injectors. If I upgrade to 19lb injectors do I need anything beyond a new MAF and Chip? So far the major mods on this car are an SVT flywheel, Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch, BAT Y-Pipe, and upgraded brakes.

Also, who has the lightest battery? Dynabatt?

The Dynabatt is just a rebadged Hawker Genesis.
An Odyssey is roughly the same specs as well.

Either one can be picked up for about $70-80 including the required post adapters.

Check this site out...

It has a wealth of information.

The stock ignition is excellent. No need to upgrade.

The stock 17lb injectors can support roughly 165-170 FWHP.
Once you get there you can think about upgrading injectors and a subsequent chip to run them.

I was feeling nice today but you could have found ALL THIS INFORMATION and more by simply searching.
Do some leg work yourself. It will go a long way towards making yourself more knowledgable among other things.
