If YOUR insurance company recommends the shop, use it. If the paint job isn't right - like that one - the insurance company is responsible for making it right with the shop. Since you chose your own shop, you have to do all the fighting.
Things you can do:
Contact the newspaper or TV station in your area & show them the paint job you got from a national chain, and let the shop know that you expect the old paint to be stripped off before re-painting. They'll do a better job if they know the press is watching.
