I am interested in doing rear suicide doors, and I was wonduring what if anyone knows what kind of hinge to use. I know you cant use normal hinges so does anyone have a pic of one that will work. Also does anyone have a pic of a contour/mystique with rear suicides. Thanks for all the help.

its not gonna be very easy to get suicide doors on a tour to work. there isnt much rom if any for the hinges to work in a normal suicide setup because of the wheel well. i havent seen any tour with suicide doors, only vertical doors and shaved handles. good luck

I have yet to see a car as well. Though I know that onosway was in the works of doing something like that for his SVT show car. I have thought about it but lack the desire because of limited funds and everyday practicality. I don't think you will be able to do it, unless you have the doors come out a little but then go upwards like Lambo doors. HTH

there was an article in Mopar action magazine that featured a Dodge Spirit R/T with suicide rear doors.
they used a single hinge for the rear door.
all i can find online is the table of contents for the mag.
