Sounds like a motor mount, for my $.02.
I have found that a calm approach works, and if it does not, a threat of litigation works wonders. Just don't give the old "I'll sue your ass!!" speech, just a calm reminder that I will contact my attorney because I am a very busy person and I do not have time to dicker with you folks so if ya can't fix someone will appoach will work, but you have to be diplomatic about it.
FORD SERVICE SUCKS BALLS Not so we have checked them all and he has replaced a couple of them! -Andy

Sorry to hear that Mike. Sheehy Ford in G'burg?
What I do to avoid problems is wash my car and take everything out of it - including radio.
So when I get it back, I know nothing can be missing, and any "damage" will be easy to spot since I dropped off the car freshly Zaino'd.

If you live in or near Minnesota....BURNS MOTORS in HAWLEY is the best. The owner is probably 80 years old, and he is the most honest person I've met. My family's been car shopping there for MANY (55+) years...family dealership. VERY reasonable too...for buying AND for repair...put on a PRIMED, PAINTED...AND installed spoiler on my car for exactly $177.78 They have good prices too...(Fully loaded 2002 T-Bird is only 39K...whereas at Lunde in Fargo, a used 2002 T-Bird was $45K...)But, enough rambling...Burns Motors in Hawley Minnesota is the best Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealership I've been at yet.

The head guy seemed to know what he was doing and got the problem fixed, but the rest of them are incompetant. Although they are a pretty big operation, so if you can get the head mechanic to take a look at it, he might be able to help. I've only gone to Century Ford in Rockville once, but I had a good experience there. Hope this helps. I take my SVT there all the time. I deal with a guy named keith. He is very good about getting things done and making sure the mechanics in his group do there job. I haven't had a problem with them yet. They are a big operation, and he is busy all the time, so getting updates about your problem may require you waiting a couple of hours on a call back. And if they do screw something up, which with a big place is sometimes inevitable, he is quick to get it fixed and takin care of.

Crystal Ford? I bought a year-old Isuzu Trooper from Crystal's Isuzu franchise about 2.5 years ago. Total nightmare. I set up everything over the phone (I'm from Michigan; flew in and drove Trooper home) and at the last minute they told me there was a mistake and the price was $3k higher than we had agreed to.
The 'internet sales mgr.' was really unethical.
Any dealer with dishonest and/or shoddy sales practices is worth staying away from for service, IMO.
