The Check Engine light began "flashing" yesterday so I figured it may be important this time. I am now getting the following codes:
P0340 - Cam Position Sensor A - Bank 1 Circuit Malfunction
P1131 - Manufacturer's Control - Fuel Air Metering
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Looks like I have some repairs to make when I get back from the beach Monday (the SVT is parked). I had been getting (and ignoring) the P1131 with the intent of replacing the Bank 1 oxygen sensor at my first opportunity.
Any suggestions on where to start will be appreciated.

I bought a new Actron CP9135 OBD2 AutoScanner off the Intenet for $109 and free shipping. I don't remember the URL but just put in a search for an Actron CP9135 and check the offerings. The oufit I bought mine from was in Ohio, that's all I remember. I've had it for almost a year.
I got mine for my Powerstroke Super Duty but it should work on almost all vehicles, domestic and imports, made after 1995. It can also have its' software upgraded when necessary.

I would replace the cam sensor as they're cheap I paid $20 cdn for a new one at NAPA. The Crank sensor is what detects misfires so a P0300 might not be solved from a cam sensor. Input from the ECT, MAF, and CKP sensors is required to enable the misfire monitor.
Your P1131 is caused from you misfire don't worry about it yet. Input is required from the ECT, IAT, MAF, and CKP sensors to activate the HO2S Monitor. The Fuel System Monitor and Misfire Monitor must also have completed successfully before the HO2S Monitor is enabled.
Other misfire items. Plug wires, spark plugs, coil, crank sensor, fuel filter & pump.
