Here is an idea I am just throwing out. How about everyone that registers for SZ gets a name tag w/ their screen name on it. That way, when walking around at the meet, you could say "oh look their is kermitthefrog" for example. The reason for this being, I'm not going to recognize Hector, for example, but I would recognize the screen name "LocoZs/c". Most of us don't meet on a face-to-face basis.
Yeah, we did this at SZ 02. We've tried to keep costs to a minimum this year for everyones sake, because I know people had a hard time coming up with $80 for last years SZ. If we can fit it in our budget, we'll see if we can do it.
we should just design a tag and then create a file that everyone can just download and add their own name to. free.
IIRC, the design, materials and labor to produce the SZ02 and SZ01 nametags were donated. I could be wrong. If anything, only the carriers & neck straps were paid for. It's not likely to happen again. The CEG is notorious for not putting its money where its mouth is, collectively speaking.
Get us a price and let's start donating.

Once we figure out how many people are coming, I will donate the money needed for name tags, as long as total cost price isn't over lik $75 or so. As this trip is gonna cost me a lot already. I take the days off tomoroww.
I'd pitch in a few extra bucks for nametag materials, too. The CEG has been good to me - it's only right to return the favor.

Just to let everyone know, mikey boy has been kind enough to design the SZ 05 banner, name tags, etc.
